Here is what's going on this week:
- Welcome Home Lunch - If you are relatively new to the Vineyard and would like to know more about Vineyard history and values, we will be having a Welcome Home Lunch this Sunday directly following service until about 2 p.m. This will be a time to learn as well as to address any questions you may have. If you have any questions prior to the lunch, you can call Jay at the office: 259-8463.
- Vine Dining - Yes, it's back folks (for those of you new to the Vineyard, here is how Vine Dining works). First of all community is very important to us. Second of all, community is not exclusive to Sunday mornings! This Sunday we will have the drawing. What will be drawn you ask? YOUR NAME (that is if you wish to participate). For everyone who would like to be involved, you will place your name into, most likely, a popcorn bucket. Then each participating person or family will draw out someone else's name (hopefully). The name of the person or family you draw out will be the person/ family you invite over for an evening to dine together. Likewise, whoever draws your name will invite YOU over to their place. It is your responsibility to make sure those two evening fall on separate nights. Make sure you are at service if you want to join in on the fun!
- The Summit Art Projects - The Summit is in need of materials for upcoming art projects. So if you have any magazines, license plates, or bike chains, please bring them on Sunday. We will have a designated area for the donations by the water fountain across from the welcome table. Thanks in advance for your help!

Update on Terri Witham:
Terri had surgery Tuesday on the tumors on her brain stem (there are four of them, but they attempted to remove some of the largest one). The tumors have metastasized and are hard, which makes it difficult to remove them without damaging the brain stem. The surgery went fairly well despite the surgeons not being able to remove the entire tumor due to it's rigidity. The next few days will involve MRI's, CT scans, meetings with oncologists and radiologists as they try to plan a course of action to take. Please be praying for Rob and Terri during this time. I encourage everyone to seek God's wisdom, will, and truth in the matter. Thanks family!
Spend some time sitting in God's presence this week, seeking to know His heart. Then when He reveals it to you, ask Him for opportunities to serve in such capacities. Although it can be hard, it's fun to be obedient!
Peace and Grace to you!
