WEEK 9b:Â Bread for the Hungry
 Read: Isaiah 58:6–12 NLT
Devotional: God calls His people to a kind of fasting that isn’t about appearances or religion but about loosening chains, feeding the hungry, and sheltering the wanderer. When we pour ourselves out, God promises to restore and strengthen us like a well-watered garden that never runs dry.
Pray and Reflect: Where might I be tempted to “fast” in ways that cost me little? How is God inviting me into generosity that brings life to others?
Give It:Â Take stock of what we are being prompted to surrender. Ask God to reveal places where we can turn outward and comfort His people.
