Happy Wednesday, Vineyard!

I hope your week is rolling along smoothly. We're taking a slightly different direction with this week’s update—switching things up to highlight some of the incredible work happening in the area of spiritual formation.

But first, a quick reminder: Summer Small Groups begin next week!

If you haven’t signed up yet, now’s the time. We’ve got some incredible groups lined up that will take us deeper into God’s Word, help shape our spiritual lives, and draw us closer in community with one another.

Along those lines, instead of a video or a long blog post, I’m sharing a podcast episode from my spiritual formation coach. I think you’ll find it timely and insightful. Here's the description of the episode:

Welcome to this episode of The Leader’s Journey Podcast, where we take a deep dive into one of the most foundational—and often fragile—elements of leadership and community: trust. In this extended conversation, we explore how trust gets broken, why it’s so emotionally charged, and what it really takes to rebuild it—both in relationships and within organizations. Whether you’re a leader trying to repair harm, or someone deciding whether to trust again, this conversation is for you.

Trust has become an undercurrent of our series on the "I Am" statements of Jesus, so this is timely and helpful. I hope you enjoy hearing from Jim, and I look forward to your thoughts! Just reply to this email and let me know how it impacted you.

Have a great week!
