COME, HOLY SPIRIT

This four-week course addresses how we maintain a vibrant relationship with Jesus and turn that relationship into service for the sake of others. How do I hear God's voice? How do I know what God is doing with me and those around me? How does God transform me so I might truly love those who are hard to love? Using both group sessions and labs in the real world, this course aims to give participants confidence in day to day connection with the Holy Spirit and the people around them. Note: This course combines two former Core Discipleship Courses: Life in the Spirit and Doin' the Stuff.

BIBLE VERSE MEMORIZATION

Do you want to learn bible memory verses so you can hide God's word in your hearts? This is the plan for you. You will receive the verses and have all week to memorize them. Then on Sunday after church, you will recite them to the leader and receive the next week’s verses to study. Learn the verses from any version you wish. Learning verses are for any age, the young and older groups. Having God's Word in our hearts is a good way for God to guide us in the decision-making of our lives.

Calling all parents! Join other Vineyard families at Pioneer Park each Tuesday in June and July for time to play and be together. This is an open group; just drop in whenever you can. We'll primarily be at the playground. Please sign up so we have email and text options for everyone, in case we cancel or move due to weather.

UNSEEN WOUNDS

Wednesdays in August @ 6pm

The wounds unseen can be the most difficult to heal. In this group, we will explore moral injury, anxiety, and relational barriers and seek the healing available through the Holy Spirit.

FAITH, FELLOWSHIP & TOMFOOLERY

Despite the rumors, there will be no Greco-Roman wrestling or axe throwing at this event. What you will get is finger-food and fellowship bookended by a short devotional and a time of prayer. There will probably be lawn games. There will probably be sunburns. There might be a llama. What is certain is that friendships will form and God will be glorified in the time between the Sundays.

POTLUCK & GAMES

We will be meeting weekly, either on Thursdays or Saturdays. We'll pick one and stick with it, depending on when the people who sign up are going to be available. Let's really get to know each other!
We will meet for fellowship, a potluck dinner, and games each week--board games, card games, party games, whatever people feel like. The leaders have a few dozen options, and you are encouraged to bring your own, as well.
Kids & babies are welcome (the leaders have a 3-year-old & a 6-month-old), and there are10 acres for them to play in, though they are more than welcome to join us or play games on the side, as well.

POOLSIDE PARTY

Meet at Bud and Jan's (in the Heights) for an adults-only poolside party (feel free to take a dip, as well). BYO drinks for yourself and an appetizer to share. Bring your suit and towel if you plan on swimming.
We will just loll around or in the pool to enjoy each other and a (hopefully) beautiful summer evening.

Feeling emotionally or spiritually stuck? Do you want to change behaviors, but no matter what is tried, the same patterns of anger, frustration, bitterness, apathy, disappointment or guilt happen over and over? Faithwalking is a cohort based emotional discipleship course that provides in-depth instruction and personal coaching to gain emotional freedom and healing. Cohorts meet weekly via Zoom for 10 weeks; weekly meetings include large group instruction and one-on-one coaching to engage with the material at an individual level.
