Abide | The Parable of the Wise & Foolish Builders

This week's installment in our Abide series explores the Parable of the Wise and Foolish Builders. It's important to consider this parable in the context in which Jesus told it. Since it comes right after the Sermon on the Mount, we are reminded that all Jesus' words in the Sermon on the Mount are the solid foundation we can build our lives on. From a firm foundation of hearing the Word and doing it, we can look ahead to positive results of our actions.
