Advent 2023 | Joy

We round out Advent together by exploring joy. Joy is a state of being, not an emotion, one of the outcomes of being rooted in the Kingdom. Joy is drawn out in our lives when we celebrate the fact that God does what He says He will do--He has done this, and we can look forward to Him doing it again. Joy is also drawn out in our lives when we accept God's forgiveness, turn and forgive others, and declare, "Glory to God!"
